Like the title says, I have no idea what I'm doing (good or bad) for a civilization, as their "friendly", "hostile" things are not showing up. on my last computer this worked fine. i could hover over it and see what they thought of me, but this time it just doesnt show up. is there something i can do to fix this?

Not showing up at all (nothing on mouse hover?) or nothing informative appears (perhaps one green item and no reds, but the AI still won't trade at full value)?
I tried taking a screenshot but it didnt work for some reason.
Beside the civilization's name is nothing. only WAR! will pop up, and that's obviously just when im at war.
So for civs you aren't at war with, there's nothing next to their name (no "Hostile," " Guarded", "Neutral" or "Friendly")? Is that also the case when you open the Diplomacy window (the 3-column display, "Civilization", "Status" and "Score")?
If so, all I can think is that you might try revalidating your game files through Steam.
