Is there a difference between the ' How dare you' button and the 'Sorry, we have no interest in this agrement' button ?

Tone. I don't think it has any immediate, noticeable effect. Maybe the same AI will refrain from asking you to participate in their little wargames if you pick the "How dare you" option.

I`ve used `how dare you` when a Civ asks me to attack any Civ I really like. It doesn`t seem to make any difference, but It might be like Vainovalkea says. I like to role play so I appreciate the option.
