Remember in the Mongolia stream, Ed did say that in Rnf Diplomatic Visibility now gives an edge in combat strength, which is an indirect buff to France? What happened to that idea, cuz I don't think it happens in game right now.

Might be worth a play test with France. It's advantage in visibility over the opponent, though, not just visibility. It probably won't show up in most instances.

Apparently now you can see enemy spies in your district so you counterspy, I don't really know why, but I guess it has something to do with diplomatic visibility
