Hey, there are 2 continents. If I go to war with some peope, will it limit my ability for Diplomatic Victory? I have NO trades, ROP's, or anything with the Civ I want to attack...well?

If I raze the city, and i kill them, will people vote against me?

Pritom, if you raze any civs cities, you reputation with all civs will suffer. However, you can wage war honorably and still have a diplomatic victory. Have a look at this strategy article I wrote on playing for diplomatic victory. The article and the associated thread contain many useful tips for maintaining your reputation even while fighting many wars.

I have had many wars in the ancient era where I have reduced a civ down to a few cities.

Then with many gifts and trade I have got them polite with me by the industrial era.

You can attack, no problem at all. Just be sure not to raze the cities. And when you want to eliminate them, you are sure to get a rep hit. Mostly this is not serious enough for you to lose a vote, if you stayed decent the rest of the game.

However, you can do anything you like with a civ as long as that civ is not known to the rest of the world (no communications). So you can easily get rid of 1 or 2 civs in the beginning of the game.

Satchel already pointed you to his great thread...
