Direct3D problems running LOTR:TROTK on a SiS 315E card

The game exits with an error saying that no Direct3D compatible device was found , please check if the drivers were the latest . The drivers are the latest , and , AFAIK , the card is DIrect3D compatible . What is the problem and the solution ?

Solution (but probably not what you're looking for): Don't use an SiS card. I had one, and it sucked. In fact, I've had 2, and they both sucked.

The reason could be very simple - the game does not support that card. Check the game's readme for a list.
