[GS] Disable Climate Change

I would like to modify the game so that the amount of carbon needed to raise the sea level by 0.5m is ridiculously high. What variable(s) governs that, and what file should I look for it in?

climate change has more effects. Do you just want no sea level rise?

You can also change the climate change points in RandomEvents. Stage 1 happens at 3 climate points, and increasing this number will delay Stage 1 (or any of the other stages as long as their still in ascending order)
