Disable Rock Bands - Disables the purchase Rock Bands

Perhaps you hate rock and roll, or you just want to make Culture and Religious victories much more difficult. Either way, this mod essentially disables the purchase of Rock Bands by making them unaffordable (160230 Faith as of 1.0 Alpha, to be exact). Compatible with Civilization VI Gathering Storm. Alpha release, as input/output cost formula is not understood.
