Disable victory condition but keep intelligence + mechanics

Hi,

Anyone have an idea how to create the following minimod:

Disable Science Victory as a victory condition but keep both the progress intelligence intact and also allow any country to build the corresponding projects.

Disable religion victory, but keep corresponding intelligence informaiton

Disable culture victory, but accurately report tourists as if it were enabled.

I am thinking in terms of Science to make only the last project extremely expensive but with the remaining I am at a complete loss.
 
I have not actually tried it, but look at the RequirementSets that define each victory type. In theory, if you made the requirementset impossible to meet somehow by adding impossible requirements, the victory would never trigger.
