Disc Problems

Hello, I am new to the forums, but I came here first to get some help with my problem. I recently refound my Civ III disc, but when I go to put it in my computer, I go over to 'My Computer', look at CD Drive, and nothing is there, and when I try to click on it it brings up this:

I don't know if the problem is that I use Windows 7 or that the disc is just messed up, because it has never happened in the past. Can someone help?

Never mind. It was just the operating system. My disc is a piece of crap though.
