Discussion: Bavaria tile-working and citizen-assignment

As our fine capitol will soon reach a pop of 2 or even 3, the lord mayor (me) would like to discuss citizen placement for tile working of the city...

Any proposals are welcome.
 
I propose the following:
leaving the active citizen as it is...

position 1 is for pop 2
position 2 is for pop 3

position 2 will be reached next culture grow (3 turns).

both will produce 2 food and 1 shield unworked.

i propose working on them to produce more shields and roading them.

Good work, Disorganizer. Those tiles should be worked as soon as possible too, I recommend. If we can get the spices hooked up (and in our culture zone), that will be one less citizen to worry about becoming unahppy.

The next citizen will be unhappy, requiring our 2nd warrior to stay home to act as Military Police or use of the luxury slider. I expect a settler to be made soon so we shouldn't have to worry too far into the future.
 
Yes, the tile marked 1 should be mined and then roaded. Shields are most important now!
 
Usualy Food and Shields are the most important for a city to mature :). I suggest Mining Possition 1 and 2.
 
i dont think so. the first tile is already worked at.
i will have this thread renamed to "tile working and citizen assignment" so we can continue discussion on further working and assignment in here.
 
Looks good here. The 1st tile is already being worked on. The second tile will be mined at turn 6 (or 7 if it moves on turn 6), then roaded.
 
Maybe. But then: We could share it. City#2 should use mainly food-tiles for high worker- and settler output. So maybe some tiles of c2 will be used by bavaria to max out production there.
