The display always was fine until, presumably, the Nvidia Graphics contoller auto-update. Now the Civ4 screen display is diplaced about 2 inches to the right and about a half an inch down from the top. When I change the games screen resolution, it fixes this temporarily until the next time I start the game and then it is displaced once again.
I do not get the same result when running Dawn of War, so it must be specific to Civ4.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Solution: I managed to find the answer on my own. It was as simple as hitting the "auto image adjust" control on my monitor once I started the game. So, if you have problems with a displaced in-game screen after a graphics driver update, you can try this and see if it solves the problem.
