do the AI have a hidden distance mod. bonus? i ask because in my game, i took recently two new cities from another nation, they now have distance 39 and its been like that for quite a few turns now...
but i am not the largest nation in the world, but when i took over this nation, i notished his distance modifier is like 27 for those futhest away and at like same distance i get 39???
so how is distance calculated and what can you make to reduce this distance modifier?
we are both using same goverment civic, Herediacal rule, i am futher ahead in tech, so he have no special advantage over me...
