Does Civ4 graphics and art stuff work on Civ5?

I mean... if I want to add for example the leader Hitler for Germany on Civ5 (which is already done for civ4 all the graphic thing), can I use this leaderhead at civ4 to add it on civ5? I know that civ5 comes with a new structure with LUA and XML and that maybe will need new paths to work, but the graphic of hitler, the leaderhead still can be runned by civ5 even if it was made for civ4 BTS????

no civ4 staff doesn't work on civ5 except some units models can be used (don't know for sure about every unit in civ 4)
We still can't create even one new leaderhead so far because of small limitations of civ 5
