Does this only work on Standard-sized maps?

Hello everyone, first post here. I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer to my question, but it's possible I missed it, so I apologize if this is covered somewhere else.

I downloaded and installed the CP, CBP, EUI, CSD, C4DF, and more luxuries yesterday. Everything seems to be running fine, but I noticed that, whenever I set a map to huge or large, regardless of the type of map, i get a ton of AI in literally every square around me, both city states and civilizations. I attached a screenshot as an example. Am I missing something? Should I not play on these size maps? Is there a setting I need to change?

You also spawned next to a natural wonder, something that's completely impossible. So I'm guessing something went wrong with your mapgeneration

Yeah, cleared that out, didn't help, sadly.

Most common questions/problems:

You deleted the proper LUA folders? Using standard maps, or custom ones? You have all DLC, and you are using this on a PC, not Mac? Only one DLL mod in your MODS folder?

All the proper LUA folders are deleted. Standard maps (I usually just pick Random). I have all the leader DLC, none of the map packs. I'm using a PC, Win7, DX11. In terms of DLL, I have only one DLL folder (within the csd for cbp module) and i have one .dll file that's in the community patch mod.
