Don't receive a Great Prophet after Stonehenge

After I complete Stonehenge (I already have Pantheon) I don't receive a Great Prophet. I mean, I get the message that I received it and in Great People list there is no prophet available. But GP just doesn't show anywhere on the map.

Build 1.0.0.26 / Win8 / Intel + Radeon

Tried three or four times after loading autosaves. Same thing always.

OK, I'm playing as Kongo. I can't receive a Great Prophet.

There was a thread already on CivFanatics Forum but had a low SERP on Google.

But anyways, the bug is then that I get the message I received the Great Prophet. I think that should definetely be removed so not to confuse players.
