Downloading and Installing Mods w/ GameTap

I have Civ 4: Warlods on Gametap. I found the "MODS" folder in the My Documents/MyGames/Sid Mier's....folder but also found the "MODS" folder in the MyDocs/MyGames/Warlords folder.

1. Which folder do I put my downloaded mod into

2. The mod I downloaded was a "Jamaica" civilization mod. The .rar file gave me a "Jamaica" folder and inside it was an "Assets" folder and a Jamaica.ini file. Do I put the WHOLE Jamaica folder in the mods or take the Assets and .ini file?

I'm new to the mod thing, so forgive me.

1) Neither of those. You need to put the mod into your install directory, which would probably be C:\Program Files\Friaxis Games\Civilization IV\Warlords\Mods, or something similar.

2) The whole entire folder goes into the mods folder. You then need to load the mod either automatically(Set this in the .ini files in MyDocs/MyGames/Warlords) or manually on each startup(Options -> Advanced -> Load a Mod)

thanks. I'm also look for a plain Earth map, that I can use in the "custom game" option. Not a scenario, just a map.
