First of all, fantastic mod. This is the first scenario I'm playing and I loved it.
However... I think I might have discovered a bug issue.
Some of the scripted events caught me by surprise - I didn't anticipate losing 4 of my largest planets to the Maquis; fortunately I had a giant fleet of ships outside the cities along the Cardassian border ready to pound down those pesky rebel bases.
That being said, from the beginning I anticipated something happening around DS9. I built 3 more star bases right outside of the DS9 border zone.
(1) Right in outside the DS9 border between DS9 and Dorovan
(2) Two outside the DS9 border between DS9 and the system directly to the west of DS9 (which I colonized)
(3) Right outside the DS9 border, directly north.
So.
If this is the orginal DS9 zone as a 3x3 grid (with D being the DS9 station)

This is my placement new placement of star bases, and the resulting border zone with S being starbase, and D being DS9

The reason I've taken the time to draw this "map" is to give you an idea of how far I expanded my territory with the Star Bases. I noticed that I had no contact with Dominion ships well into Season 5 (turn 117) and headed back to the forums to see what's up. It's strange still being at peace with the Dominion. In another thread you noted that you had the Dominion ships spawn outside of the DS9 borders because you had an issue with the AI being able to control them within Federation borders. Since I expanded my Federation borders well prior to this scripted spawning, did I unintentionally bring the spawn point within my territory thus preventing the entire event from taking place?
