Dvd Rom problem

I can't run SD4hide as it doesn't work with Windows ME, but from what I can remember of the instructions for it, you run sd4hide, select hide, then don't minimise or close the program (or reboot) but start Civ 4 from your usual desktop icon. This may or may not help, SD4hide doesn't seem to work for everyone. There's a long thread exploring this problem that has gone off the front page.

By the way, how did you do to list the Civ versions you have? (well, I suppose you own them, otherwise you won't list them, right?)
