DX11 Initialization Failed, but I have DX11

I've tried running it as administrator and in compatibility mode.

I have also updated my drivers.

I can't quite figure out what the problem is and how to fix it. Can you help me?

Seems like your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for the game. The Intel G31/33 is a very, very weak graphics chip, so even if you have DX11 the game won't run at all.
