[GS] Early naval enchantment "early embarkation with Galleys"

Hi!

I would like to propose a request for a mod with specific settings.

1. To be able to embark a unit early game with a galley. Perhaps even give a negative combat modifier for the time being while escorted.
"Makes it possible to start colonize and scout nearby islands earlier in the game with a risk of being isolated and no immidiate reinforcements."
"Eliminates the requirement for Maori to start with shipbuilding tech, which seems atleast a little off."

2. To move the unit embarkation a little further on the tech tree, to delay the access of free roam.
"Makes the exploration in the early game a little more challenging and makes the embarkation with galleys viable option.

3. Give the galleys the ability to pillage coastal improvements, tribal villages and barbarian camps included. Gives them more variaty and makes them more useful in overall.

I think i have seen some of these functions already here and there :) Would be nice if it was compatible with Warfare Expanded Reloaded mod, as it seems the most prominent of the unit mods around here right now.
