Well, its probably horribly imbalanced because I cant get my civ 4 tile yield mod to work at all so the tiles will be worth the same, but heres the converted Earth evolution, A rhyes Map mod popular on civ 4 bts multiplayer, 'Balanced' for any player. I might release versions with less or no city states and more civs and fix any errors that pop up, but it will probably be after I get civ 4 yields working because without increased yields the food economy in this map is pretty bad.
Resorces that are missing have been replaced, Cotton is added in the locations on rhyes and fall, and Pearls where thrown in very few places in the mainland, and a lot more in Polynesia and bahamas to give civilizations a reason to go there instead of ignore them. it will be possible to obtain them from a few other places.
Note, There is no New world civs. the map is meant to play more like a game of terra than the old earth 18 civs map. there are city states in the new world.
EDIT:
Played it and it seems okay, the main problem i've noticed is that Forests decrease food instead of just being an extra tile. problem resources tend to be cattle and fish, which don't provide extra food anymore A mod that compensates somehow for this will make the map perfect again. Keeping in mind that Farms improve while other food giving resources dont.
