Been playing this map, a few thoughts.
1) Russia starts with Hunting, so they can end up with a HUGE number of goody huts--Europe (if you block it, and there's a great city site to do so), possibly Arabia and Mesopotamia (depending on the Egyptian warrior), a couple in Asia (depending on China). I've nabbed a dozen or so each game, which is a very big boost and only somewhat compensated for by the default capital site for Russia being middling.
2) The American civs made fairly early contact with the rest of the world; I met them right around the time Alphabet was being traded around. Not having a serious tech lag there is a nice little bonus.
3) The AI is stupid, so Inca don't beeline Ironworking as they should. This makes the Inca great for a player, but pretty weak in the hands of the AI. Bit sad, really, given how powerful their land is for cottaging up and heading to space.
