Easiest victory type for deity?

Just curious - what does everyone think is the easiest way to win on deity? Obviously there are a few variables to account for so if you want to include those that would be swell.

With the happiness balance in the last patch I'm wondering if that shook around some of the victory conditions at all. Pre-patch I know quite a few people would argue the French-Wide Culture/Science as being one of the easier ones. Is this still the case?

i surely wouldn't have argued that.

england tiny islands domination is fun and easy.

for a non gimped map, babylon science might be the safest bet.
for a pangea type, mongolia domination. keshiks still destroy the competition.
 
I'd say that a No CS raging barb game is one of the easiest to win on diety. without CSes to dump gold into the AI just sits around on huge gold piles. raging barbs help humans but hurt the AI badly. I've matched the AI for cities consistently till the Renaissance or even later because the AI loses settlers and units and an atrocious rate

I thought one of the recent patches made it so they didn't have so many problems with this anymore - or am I misinformed, lol.
