This map covers primarily our Eastern Expansion pertaining to foreign relations. Disclaimer, I AM NOT INFRINGING ON OTHER MINISTRIES, and will with this statement preemptively stop any phoney, ill-intended, confused or outhright misinformed harangues, CCs, PIs and in general other discreditation posts.
Back to the issue, any activity close to the neigbors will impact the AI and foreign relations, provocations may lead to war, and may impact our deals.
Eastwards we need to occupy the site with the iron and the horse, also close to the 4 silks, which presents itself as our future Oriental Co-Prosperity Sphere.
After founding "Lago" and "Sake City". We should look into sending an expeditionary force east to occupy the blue rings in order to scout, cut roads, occupy resources and prepare future colonization. Initially we should have a scouting unit, spearman, horseman and so on, later on upgrade presence to include swordsmen and catapult. We may decide to place a city there, or to fortify that mountain or hills, depending on our choice.
I have delegated and commissioned Deputy Minister Blackheart working on the Northern Expansion proposal and Director of Overseas Intelligence Classical_Hero working on the Southern Expansion Proposal. I will also put a fourth and fifth Foreign Affairs specialist on the task of repectively preparing proposals for a maritime expedition and a journey around the Babylonian lands to block their iron resource.
