Easy problem to fix

First of all... this is easily one of the best mods online... keep up the good work everybody.

However... as it currently stands, harbors give +1 trade routes to all coastal cities in your empire.

If this was intentional, then I'm sorry for starting a thread about it, but I don't think an ordinary building should give empire-wide bonuses like that. I've already fixed it myself, but I thought I should bring it to the attention of the modding team.

It may be a bug...
Well in comparison to no banks, no grocers and other income problems this is the one of the very few ways to keep your empire going not bankrupt...
The second good way is the WAR. Waaar, waagh! =)
