ebay situation

[PritomD]

hey, i have this problem, see a while back, i signed up as PritomD on ebay, with an email address with mediaone.net. later on, i made a new account, pdas4life, since there was a problem with PritomD. the problem was fixed, but by then pdas4life had a good rating, and I dont wanna start again with a 0 rating with PritomD. i could get PW thru email, problem is, mediaone stopped providing, and the ISP changed to comcast. so. heres a break down if you dont wanna read that junk up there:

old
ebay acct: PritomD (0)
password : Unknown
email ***@mediaone.net

new
ebay acct: pdas4life (a disclosed rating that i want to keep)
pasword: known
email ***@comcast.net

i wanna change from pdas4life to pritomd, since that is hte base account name for me...how should i do this? i dont know PW for PritomD and dont ahve its email address, and u need email verifying to change PritomD's acct name to PritomDdeadaccount or something/.

basically i am asking:
how do i change the account ID to a one that is in use, but the one in use i dont know the PW or email, i swear its mine tho!
