[C3C] Edit Elimination Mode

Hi, newbie here.

I want to edit the elimination mode. In elimination mode, if I capture one AI city, all cities belonging to that AI will be destroyed. Is there any way to edit this such that if I capture 4 AI cities (same civ) then all of the remaining AI cities will be mine?

Yeah in the Game Limits menu of Player Setup, or in the Scenario Properties of the editor for a scenario.

I can only increase the city elimination count from 1 to whatever number I want. What I wanted to do is that instead of the cities getting destroyed, I want those cities to be transferred to me. I can't find this in the scenario properties.
