Greetings, I have made myself a mod that removes the Social Policy/Ideology requirements from Wonders and though it works, the tooltips in both the city and social policy menus still mention the requirement. I believe all of the tooltips are stored in a certain file but I have had no success finding it. Does anybody know the location of said file?
