I just noticed this too. Maybe it has something to do with banner ads.

I think it also slows the forum down, but why is it there? I dont think its a ad, theres no ads on the top.

Yeah the posts still show up. I think its just an error in the page load. I have even seen it happen at www.gamecatcher.net which is renowned for its excellent quality and site workmanship

Ah thats just the site acting strange. I've seen it loads of times before. Sometimes the page will load normally but that will appear at the bottom of the page.

Seems to be a certain type of ad that's causing it. Everyone's been getting that at one point or another.
