Eliminated player still alive

As you can see from the scoreboard on the right side china has no score = eliminated already, nevertheless a liberated CS - whose name is not shown - makes peace with china?

i get this as well, when a civ dies, the city state influence does not disappear like it should.

I've had this too, and reported it in an earlier thread...
