Soldiers of the Khmer (or Angkor) Empire who ruled over Southeast Asia between the ninth and fifteenth centuries. These warriors are taken from reliefs at Angkor and date from the Empire’s height in the eleventh to thirteenth centuries. The units are divided into Levy and Royal soldiers, but this description is fairly arbitrary, and they could also be split into early and late, or however you choose.
