end of game first turn

SInce I have win 8 and Steam I have the folowwing problem:
When I want to load a mod it start and immediately within the firtst turn returns to an end of game/defeat screen??!? All players have died?
This problem is with all mods in relation to BTS? What can I do/ must I do???

Please help!
