End of game

HI everyone. I played a game last night and lost through score count (nothing new there then), and I chose the option to carry on. I am still playing, and would like to know what will happen if I conquer the other amies through military action. Will I be proclaimed as the winner, indeed can I still win from here? And is there any way of bypassing the time limit and playing to a conclusion?

Thanks for the reply. But I still can defeat the other army, can't I?

You can go on until whenever, but you won`t get a victory and you won`t be able to launch a spaceship.
