Enemy unit lens?

Is it possible to make a lens to highlight enemy units? Wish they would get a red frame around their banner when you’re at war, similar to IPs.

Not a lens but the red frame. I believe units of a civilization you're at war with already had those, but the IP they controlled didn't. I could be wrong about that, but regardless with her mod they both have red borders.

They don’t get the red border, only IP do, maybe it’s a bug. I will give your mod a try thanks!
