Is there a UI mod that lists ongoing trades? Eg

Incoming
Rome > Waset, +16 gold

Outgoing
Waset > Rome, silver marble

Is this possible to make this view or have to wait for devs to implement? When too many trades in Exp / Mod, looking at trade lens on map is impractical.

That's a good question. I don't really know, seems rather irrelevant in this iteration of the game. My experience is if the trade view is cluttered it is because you either didn't start routes, they're out of range, or you hit the trade limit with that civilization. You start with one per civilization and it increases by one each time you improve trade relations. If you're out of range find a way to increase trade routes distance, like convert to a trade town, or build something closer. Once you establish a route it disappears from the list. There's no hard limit to trade routes. You have to actually send a trade unit out to the city you're establishing a route with but you don't select which of your cities it's with. I think it's just whatever is closest. Once it's in your trade network it doesn't matter what city.

I played for a while before I realized that what you see when you click on the city banner is just the build queue. There's a whole separate city info screen. There's a button on the build queue to open it and it has like four buttons to view various information about the city. You might check there to see if that lists the trade routes to and from the city. If not check mods like City Hall to see if they added it. I think mostly people view it as irrelevant due to how they work now. They're more concerned with routes between towns and cities. Since the roads are bit ambiguous in showing what's connected several mods show the connects to the cities.

Thanks for responding. No it’s not displayed anywhere, I’ve checked it all. It’s not the highest priority item obviously but I just wanted to know. I just keep a manual list as a workaround.

I like to see the info consolidated for strategic purposes - eg I have 5 trades with 1 AI and none with another. Or to know another AI has 3 trades with me so they are reliant on me. Or know I am I total making 60 gpt from 1 AI. Etc

Another reason is to remembr quickly where the gold and silver are after age transition - gold and silver ultimately win me the game.

Without the list you have to either do from memory or scroll around the whole map with trade lens which is doable but time consuming. I am talking Exp/Mod with full map revealed.

I had no way to guess at your level of expertise so threw some things out there I discovered that might help. If you're tracking it you likely know far better than me the mechanics of it. Pretty much if you're tracking it then the information is available. It seems to be attached to cities but I couldn't trace it far. Town details would be the easiest place to put it. The best place would seem a panel showing all the trade routes you have or could have. An intermediate might be a checkbox on the trade panel to show existing routes. I believe those are filtered out. I'm not sure about the Global Yield Summary. It rolls up units by type so you can see how many trade routes you have, but not anything about each one. I guess that could be modded to let you break out individual traders. If there's a unit list panel then I haven't see it. The tooltip on the unit just shows owner.

There definitely does seem a need. City Hall mods the town details screen so you might ask beezany to add trade route information. Maybe ask thecrazyscot to put route information on the tooltip for the unit. There just doesn't seem to be any way to get any information on existing trade routes right now.
