I've seen lots of complaints and comments regarding charges for builders. It seems I only use builders now for resources and keep forgetting them, when you get too many cities to keep improving your city. In the previous games you could automate the builders, with taking so many turns to build an improvement. The problem is then, is you have too many builders and your borders become filled with automated workers. Can we look at going back to the turn improvement with automate feature and remove the charges? However, limit the workers you can build, just like the traders have a limit and you can add the maximum number of builders you can have, with Industrial Districts? Say like +1 builder per Industrial District and the builder is built in the industrial district, just as military units in an encampment district. I think linking the builders to industrial districts would be a nice addition.

Can we look at including Natural Disasters or special events? Just not very frequent, maybe once an age or once every couple of ages? This will make a nice realistic addition to the game. Stuff like tornadoes, tsunamis, volcanoes, meteors, etc. Then you could have state of emergencies, where you could send gold or builders to that civ or city state to help with diplomacy.

Lastly, Have you looked at war goals? For instance, you can declare war won on a civ and state your goal as a certain city, tiles, or resource. I've played other games that have the war goals and it's played out very nice without having to have a full out war. Sometimes its just a matter at being annoyed with a civ that just built a city by your border or got a resource you were after.
