error -3 in module

Under what conditions do you get a error -3 in module "12"data:2 4 file open failed Modules.db most recent dos error 2?

I modified a scenario events & text file and then ran delevent on a saved game so it would read the new events for testing and when I opened it I get this?

You forgot a comma or something in editing the Rules Txt.

Or, if you used a text editor for writing the events you implemented more events than possible...check the size of your eventsfile, 18, 19 or 20kb can be to much for FW, it is slightly higher for MGE....
