Error Code: -5003 : 0x8004ace8 Please help!

I get this error while trying to install Civilization IV. Installshield wizard comes up for a few seconds then I get this error message that I posted below. Can someone please help me? I just bought the game. Thank you very much!

Could be any number of things. It could be a defective disc or bad RAM. It's not an error code I've came across. You could try another computer if you can get access to another one.

Please try renaming the crogram Files Common Files InstallShield folder to be called
installshieldold.

Close all programs and try to install the program you are getting errors on again
This will force windows to create a new installshield folder that is clean of any previous installation attempts.
