error installing civ3

Hello,

I have an error installing civ3 on my Windows XP laptop. When I click on Install, it starts the installation but quickly pops up an error saying "Cannot create folder or file." Does anyone have any suggestions? (Or what else can I find out to help you understand the problem?) Thanks! I hope to play civ3 soon!

Are you logged in as administrator when you're trying to install?
