This is the first time I play Civilization IV, and afetr I installed and patched the game to the latest version I get the following error while in outgame loading screen :"Error Loading Shader Library"(or something like that).I have tried reinstalling the game 3 times, I have reinstalled Directx to 9.0c, but nothing. If it helps, I'll post my system specs.
