Error on installation

Hello everyone, I'm trying to install Beyond the Sword from a download version (i.e. not disc) and I'm getting the following message:

An error (-5005 : 0x80070002) has occured while running setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

Can anyone help me here, please? I've done some basic stuff like cleaning temp files etc. but so far to no avail.

It does smell like piracy, whether or not it is.

I think you have an installshield problem. I get many hits for a -5006 problem, but not for a -5005 problem.

Why didn't you say you used Steam? Steam is completely legal and I support it, but the term 'digital download' does insinuate piracy.
