I am experiencing this issue when I try to run Civ 5 with MODS. Doesn't matter which MOD I use, it always fails. When the program does fail, it because of the Microsoft Visual C++ error. I have already spent too much money with a computer repair shop, they tried to fix it, but couldn't . Any help would be appresciated.
