Yes the one with the sword Cloner4000. She has to have a sword like her father.

If not Hikaros then I seem to remember another samurai around that could pass as female?!?
 
Testers...Here are the Zombie Wall Files to add them to the game. I placed all files in separate Folders that are named so you will know where to place the Files in your EFZI2 Art Folders. There is a Read Me that states this. You can Overwrite the files that these replace.

Zombie Walls Preview...hope this will suffice for the Zombies, they are not to particular about the way they stack up Dead Bodies so I suppose they will be satisfied. I made the Dead Bodies 1/2 the size of the bodies laying around on the map as a sort of happy medium between them and the very small dead bodies on the Zombie Roof:

Well I wasn't sure about the size and all, but Hikaro had another female ninja units that resemble Yuffie the ninja from FF7

Regarding the Possible new unit additions...I like the Idea of adding some Good units to help the Survivors and add to the Game Play Fun. I just do not want to see Mr Tokugawa or his Daughter leave the game because they are two of the main "actors in this Movie" :) Perhaps they could upgrade to the new Units and retain their original names. I know the Minamoto Samurai is a Good Unit but I am not familiar with the Female Samurai. If she will add more work such as units_32, more pcx files and more sounds to make, along with adjusting flcs etc... I would prefer to use another Good Game Unit as another addition rather than upgrade Miss Tokugawa.
Fact is, I would really prefer to see Mr Tokugawa and Miss Tokugawa simply upgrade to better Stats and keep their same animations. They are single units and because the work is completed for them, this would not create any extra work to "upgrade them and keep them in the game as well. Any added unit that is really worth adding, such as the Minamoto Samurai, I would like to see added as a Buildable Unit rather than merely another single non buildable unit. Perhaps Mr Tokugawa wired home for help and they come to Kick Zombies :lol: Just one added unit like the Minamoto Samurai as an added buildable unit would help the Survivors greatly if it is not too expensive to build.
 
Upgrading just the Stats is a good idea ... similar to Elvis ... perhaps add a small stats upgrades available to the flavour characters who don't have any yet
Mayor - small defensive ... maybe something else that wouldn't make him too strong.
General - small defensive and offensive ... maybe something else like increase vision (uses high tech binoculars)

Probably more in the other factions.

Restarting ... sticking to Authorities on 18 rating.

Anyone been testing Zeb ???
 
King Arthur... That unit looks like a sumo who went on a diet and took up sword dancing :lol: Seriously, look at the Civilopedia Files for it. Just does not look like a Female and I don't like the Attacks at all because they all have the sword movement far too slow. Kinboat never made sounds for his units and the units_32 would also have to be remade. Why not simply upgrade the stats from Mr Tokugawa and his daughter and add the Minamoto Samurai as a buildable unit. That unit is complete and to add those three would not require much work and address the survivors quite nicely. Mr Tokugawa's Daughter would probably not resort to swords when she already has a Gun that can kill Zombies at a greater distance and with far less effort lol. Fact is, if Mr Tokugaws had a gun, he would probably use it :D Hand to hand combat and swords up close and personal are great but in the Modern World, they don't stand a chance against Guns.
 
Ah but we're not in the modern world. We're on a zombie infested island ;) and swords don't run out of bullets. Personally, I'd have 3 or 4 machine guns and sword as a backup.

Ms Tokugawa would not be resorting to a sword she would be embracing it along with her whole culture which she has dismissed up to now - she's going through a process of reconciliation with her father.

Anyway joking aside. If that unit is too much work I'll just leave it out. I don't like to introduce new buildable units at this point because of game balance issues. Kicking Zombie Ass is on the path to Helicopters and I don't want to make that path too easy.

For the armour for MrT. he just rummages deeper in his grandfather's old trunk and finds the armour.

Tell us which ones.

We decided against arrows since factions have there own tech paths. Everything flows quite logically left to right anyway.

King Arthur...I totally understand about game play issues. Single units require as much work as units that can be built and the single units get killed off easily on banned level anyway. Even if a unit can be built, it would not have to drastically change the game play because factors such as cost can limit the numbers that could be built. Equally, the settings for Attack, Defense and Hit Points are factors that can be adjusted for the balance desired. An example would be if the survivors could build Minamoto Samurai for 1 shield they could build many but what if the attack and defense were both 1 with no hit points....or what if they had 30 Attack and Defense and moved 5 squares with Blitz and 10 Hit Points but the Cost was 800. Extreme examples but my point is, we can add units without causing a drastic change in game play. If just a few units are desirable, they can cost more to build.

I would still prefer to have Mr and Ms Tokugawa keep their same animations but gain better stats with an upgrade and add the Minamoto Samurai or another Good Game Unit as a separate unit. Only One unit can be built at a time in a building and depending on unit settings, a new unit does not have to change the game at all because if it had the same settings as another unit that can be built, it would be the same as if there was no new unit as far a game play. If the Point is to help the Survivors out more than they need units with some improved settings and this could be limited by unit cost to build them and the settings could be set where they helped to the level desired. Otherwise, simply taking existing units and changing the settings for them would do the same thing...so really we are only talking about additional units for fun.
 
fe3333au... When I made those tech screens and arranged the tech windows, I did so in a manner to avoid arrows for several reasons. They are really not needed because all techs for each faction are arranged where they logically go from left to right in a sequence. The Authorities as I remember have a couple of techs that can be researched in the same time frame so I split those techs to the right of the previous tech to indicate that they are both researchable then. There are not a many techs and because arrows would show for all factions on all screens, this would really be distracting and detract from the screens as well.
...What I am curious about is the Tech or techs that you believe are irrelivant to a faction.
 
The Champion also still has the Submarine graphic when being transported !!!

Also the tile that Hammer is on has a yellow diamond icon ... it is a contaminated beach ... could another graphic be made or used?

It's flood plain - I probably haven't removed the commerce road bonus from that terrain type which prevents roads being built there. The little yellow diamond indicates landmark terrain. It was added to boost production around the Nuclear Power Plant. The diamond could be replaced with a little radiocative symbol :nuke:

I am unsure about Do It Yourself ... Although Machine Shop does increase production ... there are no unit available ... but why are mines not available to Authorities???

I know a heap of ex-military types who are either pyro mad :D ... or just scarey crazy with their home experimental fun :eek:

Also can Mines now be transported ??? ... laying a defensive mine field would be sooo cool :lol:


Another strange thing to do with Leaders/Champions ... when a unit is transported they appear below (and indented) the truck/car/ship when you right click ... the Leader/Champion while indented, is listed above the transporter.
