Escape From Zombie Island 2 ready for public consumption

Oh can Classical Hero, Loulong, Semental and I tried the new version in PBEM?

Of course it's your choice but remember this game is not complete and you may experience show stopping bugs.

However, I realise that a PBEM is a good means of playtesting. It's up to you to get the files to them and I'd rather that was not done in a public way e.g. by using YouSendIt. If you can live with all that then you have my consent.

Just as a bit of fun I'd like to add the names of civfanatics members into the scenario. I've already made this offer to all playtesters and you'll find them in there.

I'd rather have your real name rather than your forum nickname. Let me know whether you want to appear as a Security man, SWAT, Riot Cop, Survivo, Zombie or National Guard. PM or email me and I'll treat all info with the strictest confidence.

Cheers KA.

Also Sewer Guard never moves or fortifies. They just stood there even if damanged they do not auto recover.
This is Normal. Those units stay in one place (the Sewer) as the Guard.

After all my slightly joking remarks concerning the Unit Settings, I do agree as I said before that the Survivors should have at least two units per city. That said, I also believe that the Zombies should have a 20% less cost for Zombie units.
As for the Mega Stacks of Zombies, IF there are more Zombies this will probably take place. The dark Map and not knowing where all cities are slows the Zombies in the first part of the game but as soon as they are aware of city locations, look out. The Zombies could be given a Zombie Scout that can move greater distances to uncover more faster if anyone is concerned about the poor Zombies.:)

Ok, it's done :)

King Arthur... Great  and Thanks for the Scotch..single malt too, excellent. You are an OK young whip-er-snaper so visit often :) OH, and do bring along some weapons next visit...Tossing Glasses of Warm Milk at the Zombies just doesn't seem to work very well and I certainly would not waste my Good Scotch on them:lol: You can put my real name in since everyone in the Retirement Home Calls me by my first name anyway.

EDIT: I sent a PM to KA about this, so I don't think I need to repeat myself.

When this is all said and done, can I make a better (No Offense) version of the EFZI: New York and post it?

That would be great LM :D . I don't have the inclination nor the stamina to remake that NY map with the new rules. I'm sure it will turn out great.

It probably wouldn't be that different, but maybe it will, I don't know.

I'm sure it will be different. Here's the NY map to start you thinking. I've imported the new rules (units, improvements etc) into the map. Units placed before the import are now a bit screwy but it gives you something to play around with. Of course you can do a lot more with the NY map by modifying the rules and introducing new units / improvements: Central Park Zoo and the UN among other things.

Oh and you might want to replace The Farmers with a Street Gangs faction. I also think Yoda Power's city terrain will fit quite well for NY.

Testers...In the Kwanhama Unit Folder, open the .ini and change the DEATH=..\Infantry\InfantryDeath .wav to DEATH=..\Infantry\InfantryDeath.wav (Remove the space between Death and .wav). Some how this was corrupted in the New Download and the game will not play until you change this.

On my installation of Civ that's how the file name is spelt with the extra space. Obviously this is not the same for everyone. My advice is for everyone to check first before making the change. For future releases I'll just include a custom death sound inside the Kwanhama unit folder.
