Evil victory condition and other ideas

I don't see any problems in having victory conditions that are easier in some games than in others. That's what it's intended: we want a flexible game.

Hell and the AC counter should work in a way that benefits AV and hurts others... except from OO, I think. OO should not benefit from hell, but it should be protected from it (kinda reasonable since them being acuatic they should be protected from hell, at least until a very high AC). Currently OO are the looser evil choice.
 
Sacrifice the weak can be pretty powerful when Hell spreads to your lands.

However, it can be even more powerful when Hell doesn't spread to your lands.
