Exclamation point in Asset Previewer?

I want to convert PosGiant model in Civ V Downloads of Civfanatics. I inserted the file into CivNexus6 for converting and got .geo and .fgx extension from .gr2. But whenever I try to apply it, an exclamation point is displayed like this. Why does it look like this?

There's more to conversion than that. You have to take Civ 5 models via Blender for them to work in Civ 6 - that's because the format of the meshes is different.
