I'm curious. With universal sufferage, it says you can use gold to complete items in the production que. I'm assuming this is done like in the other games. However, I don't see a "Build it Now" button, or anything similiar. How do you rush something?

In the city screen. Double-click the city. The bottom middle is the icon set of things you can build. To the right of that is a box with a bunch of little boxes to help control the governor. The top right (or top left) mini-box in that box (near the bottom, middle-rightish) is the "rush with gold" button.

If you click on a city label on the main map screen you get access to the build queue, build selection, and rush build items too.
