Extending Multiplayer Auto Saves past 50 Turns

Does anyone know how to keep all the autosaves from a game so that they don't automatically start deleting after 50 saves?

You are probably talking about auto-save every 5 turns(default). You can change it for every turns.

Yes, it definitely applies to MP as well. As Tabarnak stated, you likely have the frequency set to 5 turns - you can change that in the same place you change the number of saves kept.
