If the Russian trade is accepted (This poll ), can the DP hold an extra Turnchat in which only that trade is singed ?

Yes: Yes, Allow the DP to start the save, do the Russian trade and then save and upload.
No: No, Let's do everything the way it was planned; in the next scheduled turnchat.
