does civ vi have any equivalant to civ v f2 and f3 keys

I would love to know the same thing. Where is the list of cities and the list of units? Still learning the new interface.

• List of cities: click the "reports" button at the top of the screen.
• List of units: select a unit, and click the name of the unit type, such as "Warrior".

if I select a unit I am unable to click on the name

When the unit is selected, that unit's action screen appears in the lower right corner of the screen. Before giving the unit any instructions (move, attack, fortify, etc.), just try clicking on the unit's name at the top of that action window.
